PROS: I like the fact that it is easy to manage users, phones, and features. Previously, we were paying much more for an outdated platform that needed a terminal to program. 8x8 offers us many more features and we do not have to micromanage the app.

CONS: I do not have any complaints. The vendor could make it easier to schedule a ring group. It is preferable to have our main line answered live during business hours. For after hours, calls can be diverted to auto-attendant without needing reception to remember to set up DND.

CONS: Of late, we are experiencing frequent issues with dropped calls, garbled audio, etc. You’d think they have fired their older staff and hired inexperienced new employees. I’m not sure if this is true but their product and service quality has gone down of late.

PROS: There are many features that I like. The reporting feature helps me monitor my staff and ensure they use their time productively. The software lets me access everything from my laptop or phone. The system is easy to use and I can stay connected even on the go. Finally, the customer support is excellent and the agents answer even my silly questions with professionalism.

CONS: I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I have been using 8x8 for more than four years now and have not faced any issues thus far with the solution.

PROS: 8x8 offers a flexible system at an affordable cost. I am able to customize the app according to my changing needs. I can also customize setup requirements when needed. Once you open an account and get your physical phone, you can use it from any place that has stable internet connection.

CONS: The mobile app could be improved as it does not offer good audio quality. The voice sounds as if it is coming from a tunnel. This issue is with the mobile app only and the phones function very well.

PROS: The product is very versatile. We use 8x8 instead of Webex to video stream conference calls and we route the 800 lines of our call center through this app. I give 8x8 full marks for ease of use and connectivity.

CONS: The only glitch is with the call forwarding feature. When you forward a call, the call will ring on the number you forward it to, as well as on the base phone. Hope the vendor rectifies this drawback soon.

PROS: I like that fact that 8x8 allows me to use my work phone instead of my mobile phone when I am working away from the office. I am client-facing and 8x8 helps me keep my personal number private.

CONS: I have no complaints at all as 8x8 fulfills all my business requirements. I simply need to use good quality headphones to get nice voice quality.

PROS: The best part about 8x8 is seamless integration. I can use my iPhone from anywhere in the world to access visual voicemail, call log, and the extensions of my team members. Plus, I can make Wi-Fi calls from anywhere in the globe and it will show up as my office number.

CONS: The vendor could offer more visual and detailed instructions to help users use the app effectively. We need the instructions especially for the web meeting and call forwarding services.

PROS: I appreciate that 8x8 is a reliable communication software. It allows me and my colleagues to access messages and make calls from anywhere using my email, desktop, and mobile phone. I can be productive from anywhere without any loss of connectivity.

CONS: I am a happy customer of 8x8. It is much more reliable than our previous app which was beset with regular issues such as bad networks and lost calls. 8x8 is a big improvement over that system.

PROS: I like that 8x8 is simple to use. You can make use of plenty of fun call features to have fun in the office. One of them is the feature that allows me to message my colleagues to keep in touch. I am learning something new about the product every day which is great.

CONS: The only issue I have is with the call quality. Many of my customers have said that I sound like I am talking from inside a well. My colleagues also have the same problem with the software.
