PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect of this product is the skeleton model they provide but other than that if you really want to get into real ecommerce stuff you need way more than add ons for their software

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support is the worst. Its actually really really awful.
This is the worst of all. Please dont expect any FREE support from this guys. Even if there is a BUG in their software and you try to point it to them they will charge you. Even if you ask them the location of the file in the ticket they will charge you. Any small issue you are going to ask them, they are going to charge you per ticket no matter if that really dont need any coding or if they have to fix their own issue. They will never let you know where the money is spend on and what ticket. If you guys are buying the software from them, great but please dont ever pay any support to these guys because they wont talk, ever write a word of it unless you dont put money in their account.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Support, Support, Support. Please atleast dont charge to the customers for your own bugs. Please dont charge customers by just answering their questions when they ask the location of their own file

We just started using this product but the task is uphill as we brought more add ons than the cost of the cs cart itself so if they claim that this is all you need to make any business successful than its a wrong statement
