Pros: The greatest thing with Close.io is it's capable of organizing leads with contacts and companies. When it comes to selling to companies as opposed to separate people, the structure saved a ton of time for sales reps. Not only that, but it made things a lot simpler for those on sales. They get to see which contact points were made with potential clients they had before.

Cons: The thing that needs to be stronger is reporting in the platform. Even with a plethora of basic reporting tools you'll ever require, there are other means of diving into data that hasn't really existed in the platform.

Once you get the workflow set up, it saves a lot of time so you can focus on calls. Good collaboration features and always clear what the biggest opportunities are. We use the integrated VoIP and it is generally good quality.

The filtering system means you can set up a list of exactly the people you should call next. You can add custom fields to track specific data (like only call this person when we have feature X). Recommended.
