PROS: CoConstruct is the team's partner to construction project's success. It is an incredible bit of technology that helps us throughout the project - from making estimates, communicating with the clients and workers, revising design when needed, ensuring client satisfaction, specifying the materials to be used, controlling the finances, to making the project a reality. But what's really great is the ability to manage everything and store every information in a single platform. It makes the work and communication more seamless and effective. Using this solution is a win-win to both our team and our clients.

CONS: Setting up a project takes a long time. Creating a format for every home investigation activity report is quite difficult. Some customer perspective on some things is sometimes complicated. There is no way to show the depiction of every cost line to the client. But despite these shortcomings, the solution is still generally great. To make up to those small problems, the platform allows us to add something to the time table and monitor them through the calendar.

Although it seems like a drawback, it can also be an advantage because you won’t have a hard time choosing from an overwhelming option. The platform only offers essential tools for managing projects. On top of that, it is user-friendly and fast.

CONS: The report options are quite limited. It would be nice if the vendor would consider adding more.

PROS: It's an all-in-one project management solution. We got the tools needed to effectively manage a project. Whether it's scheduling, making an alteration to the output, managing finances, etc. the platform has got you covered. Specifically, I love the ability to propose field edits through image editing and image snapshot. Overall, the platform is incredible, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly. I also love that it is cloud-based.

CONS: I haven't encountered any major issue that affects the ability to monitor projects effectively. There are minor ones which are common to most solutions.

PROS: The platform offers functionalities that improve communication within the team. So everyone remains on the same page, including the clients. The ability to effectively communicate with everyone involved in a project from start to finish has contributed a lot to our success.

PROS: For me, the best thing about CoConstruct is their staff. They have such an amazing team and I just love them! They’ve patiently assisted us when we were just starting to use the system and always willing to provide immediate help whenever we seek for it.

CONS: I had to spend some time learning how the platform actually works, which I think is pretty normal when using new software.

PROS: I am working as an accountant for a construction firm and I think the best thing about using this solution is the ability to organize things and stay updated on everything related to the finances. Not only project managers are able to monitor the progress of the project. Even accountants can also see the improvements In the project.

CONS: I find creating templates a bit complex. Good thing CoConstruct helps its struggling end-users build them.

PROS: We are working with more than fifty different subcontractors and this solution has made it easier to keep track of them. It has also helped us make everything run seamlessly.

CONS: The application won't open when we are on WiFi. I don't know if the problem is with our connection or that's just how the app works. Because the app requires stable internet connection, which is usually not available in the job site, our projects managers working n the field were not able to upload their tasks.

PROS: To start with, this solution has helped in improving the communication within and outside our organization. It has also helped the company remain transparent by letting agents access the tasks related to the project. It also gives us mobility by offering a mobile version of the application. The app works on iOS and Android devices so our team can access and use the tool even when they are on the job site. Lastly, I like the ability the ease of creating custom proposals and importing files.

CONS: It's a bit more expensive than similar software and does not offer a free trial. But I think the price is actually reasonable considering the wide range of tools it offers.
