What are the best aspects of this product?

It's hard to pull up data via API and lacks real-time notification.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the crucial data from customers are missing which makes the information that was being provided inaccurate and unreliable. Creating a task for the employees is also a problem, you put a task and delegate it to your employees but you have no way to know if it was being done.

Extended 3rd party app integration.
