What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that within ProsperWorks there are great integrations with Gmail accounts and Google Apps. We are able to manage our contacts, companies and opportunities. We can import contact with whole information from social media. The UI is great and it offers great sales pipelines configurations. We are able to switch between various pipelines.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to see features with VOIP services, click-to-dial feature and pop-up customer contact page on incoming calls.
