What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the integration with Google Apps, and I like that we can work with CRM systems that are all similar. ProsperWorks saves us time and this means that we have more time to do things instead of spending lot of time on things that can be done automatically through ProsperWorks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the dashboard, calendar system and some sales cycle elements. Also, they could include opportunity value and client phone number. When you try to check some details everything seemes messed up.

Through Prosperwork we reduced the sales cycle timeline and to keep our contact interaction. Also, thanks to the information we got we are able to create calls to actions.
