PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it provides great integration with Google Apps, and its support team is quick to respond and they guide you step by step on how to use this system. The system is customizable and the pipeline feature is straightforward and robust. I like that they allowed us to try trial version and then to purchase the professional version. We asked for the integration with Mailchimp and we got it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see an integration with VOIP for auto-logged calls.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to create multiple sales pipeline and it saves us lot of time when doing data entry. We are able to move contacts from one pipeline to another.
