What are the best aspects of this product?
ProsperWorks is intuitive, flexible and simple tool with great options for customization. You don’t have to spend lot of time in learning the program. I really like the integration with Google Apps. The API is strong and it can be used by everyone. The pipeline tools are intuitive and flexible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would say that I’d like to see some new features, but the truth is that the team behind this system constantly release new and new features and options.

This CRM helps us to manage leads and it provides us with information about new opportunities by using its custom fields features.
