What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve tried other CRM tools before Prosperworks, but I prefer this one because of the integration with Google Apps. We managed to eliminate all duplicates. I often use the calendar feature because it helps me to put everything on the calendar and offers access to inside-out CRM tool. My email accounts are well integrated with our CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer service doesn’t provide with the answers of our questions and misunderstandings. Lot of people ask similar questions but its customer support team doesn’t provide any solution or answers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to the integration with Google Apps I can manage all projects into management department. You don’t have to spend lot of time in learning the software. We are more organized and focused on our tasks.
