What is Eddy?

Eddy is  a cloud-based human resource management (HRM) software that makes the hiring, onboarding, and people management processes more powerful and simpler for HR managers and personnel. It packs powerful features into a simple to understand interface that users of all levels can get acquainted with easily. 

It helps HR teams post jobs on popular boards like Glassdoor and Indeed. This expands your reach and keeps all HR-relevant processes in one dashboard. The platform has also a messaging module to keep you in contact with candidates easier. It includes a people directory complete with individual profiles and records. All your employee data will be kept in one place. There is also a powerful real-time report generation feature that helps you draw actionable insights to improve your processes. 

The software allows your company not just to look more professional but it can help you to be more organized and hire more qualified employees while saving money and time.

The service is two-tiered. The Entry level account only has job posting capabilities. The Advanced tier includes onboarding and people management features on top of hiring capabilities. Currently, Eddy has a quote-based pricing policy.

PROS: Clean, intuitive user-interface that is robust in its features as well as saving us time and money with our HR process. We have saved a lot of money with changing over to Eddy because it can do everything that we need from hiring, onboarding to people management. We no longer have to spend extra time logging into Glassdoor and Indeed to talk to our candidates, it is built into Eddy. I have been able to save more time because of the candidate pipeline which I can customize for each job position. I have been able to take notes about the different candidates and even assign different ratings using emojis which has been super fun. Everything I need it right at my fingertips!

CONS: It took me a little to integrate all my past information into Eddy because they don't have an auto-integrate feature.

PROS: Helps us to get through all of our applications quickly and efficiently.

CONS: Something that could be better would be allowing multiple signatures for one document

PROS: The recruiting is so easy to use and saves so much time. I love the drag and drop feature between the different stages of the interview process. This software is very team based and is easy to communicate between one another on candidates.

CONS: Having the ability to request multiple signatures on documents instead of just one person would make the onboarding process just that much easier.
