With FastSpring, you pay for their service based on sales, not a monthly fee. The capabilities and features that it supports for their customers continues to grow and are very easy to learn how to use. Its sales and technical support is simply excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some folks might be confused by the detail to which you have to define for your products. It might have helped if they provided a sample set of product offerings that I could use to learn how things work.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I needed a means to offer my brand new software product online; FastSpring did not insist that I have a certain volume of sales to get going.
