What are the best aspects of this product?
By far, the best aspect of this product is its simplicity for end users. The time required by staff to create, open, process, and close work orders very reasonable, and there isn't really anything in these steps that is troublesome or confusing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
adding a model and pic from a phone could work better as it takes to many step to do it now if you got new equipment coming in
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
i would like to see that the emails that the program sends out start with my company's name not hippo. some of my outside people have missed them because of that
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
our whole maintenance area went from no records to a will organized system

Making it easier to add equipment with images is on the list of things along with offline capabilities. That being said, with the current mobile version you can add equipment and images from your mobile.
