What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to use. End users find it easy to submit request and managers find it easy to create, submit and complete work orders. The tracking of completed work orders is very handy and nice to have access to.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is probably a permissions setting but they way e have permissions set up, some users are not able to enter their time spent on a job. Also would be nice to have a name field in the request box so that the requesters can name their request.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Resources can view the work orders associated to them. Right now we would have to give more permission than we would like in order for them to view their work orders.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We did not have a maintenance tracking program before; we used Excel spreadsheets or tried KeepTracks. Neither was suitable, did not provide email notifications, and not very user friendly.
