What are the best aspects of this product?
We’ve been able to set-up so many accounts through Kareo. So far, what I absolutely love about it is the support staff that is working for this solution. They’ve been really receptive--making sure that they respond to our questions and issues in a timely manner. It really shows how much they value their users, a rare trait in today’s money-making IT world.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I just have a few suggestions that might contribute to the improvement of this product. 1) I think it would be better if some specific features are available to the majority of the users, and not just limited to the admin. One such feature is the access to the reports. Sometimes, it gets a little tiring to have to forward these reports to the staff, and then have them forward it to the asking party. The steps can be trimmed down if access to the reports can be granted to them. It’ll be a win-win for all parties because I won’t have to be bothered and the asking party gets their documents in a more timely manner. 2) It would be nice if the program could have a set template for DX codes in particular. 3) A summary of all of the services rendered and the amount for each would be nice. It’s tiresome having to print billing for each of the services.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’ve been recommending Kareo to my clients who are in need of assistance in sending out their billing statements. Not only have I gained positive feedback from this recommendation, but my clients have been able to gather more clients to their practices too. This is thanks to Kareo helping them to be more discoverable online.
