What are the best aspects of this product?
Jam-packed with features, Kareo easily runs the whole billing and invoicing aspect of our clinic. It can quickly generate, send out, and follow-up on the billings that we send to patients or their insurance agencies. On top of all of this, they have a really efficient support team too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their support staff is really receptive to complaints and always make sure that we are catered to. However, resolutions can take quite some time. If they could resolve the issue of data errors, I would greatly appreciate it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Kareo to make sure that we are properly compensated by the insurance agencies in return for our services.
