PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been a long-time Kareo user and we’re sticking to this program for sure. It’s really easy to use and learn. And throughout the years that we have been using this, we’ve seen some impressive updates that we have found to be very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’d like more customization options--especially for the dashboard. We use Kareo strictly for sending out invoices, thus rendering all other features unnecessary. Everything else not related to billing, we now consider as clutter. And so, we’d appreciate it if we’re given the option to clean-up a bit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending out invoices and making sure that they are received and paid are some of the main things that Kareo has been assisting us with. What I like is that these reports/billing statements that we generate from them can easily be formatted in a way that makes sense to use--and to our patients too. Taking this manual process and digitalizing it has been one of the best decisions we have made in our practice.
