The best thing about this program is its simplicity and accessibility. It was clearly designed with usability in mind.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think this is a truly remarkable tool that a lot of people in our field should use. The only con that I can see as of the moment is that the tickets we file don't always get resolved as quickly as we need them to be.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Kareo saves us a lot of time by taking on manual admin tasks for us. Although there has been a couple of pending issues that still need to be resolved, I can still see ourselves using this tool for long-term.
