What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most about LeadSquared is its support team and product’ simplicity. It reduces paper work and excel sheets. I like that the tool provides individual attential and it is easy to follow. Thanks to this platform we managed to improve our workflow. We are able to reach more people and to get positive feedback from our customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The deleting feature and task function needs some improvements. Also, the list making option could be more inutitive and easy to manage because now it is complicated to use.

It helps us to increase the number of customers, to share our content and services with them and to get their valuable feedback. We are now more open to suggestions and feedback and we are ready to improve areas that need improvements and to optimize the product lifecycle.
