Pros: I didn't get a chance to even use the product because their sales support is horrible.

Cons: I didn't even have a chance to try it, because their sales staff was nearly unresponsive, arrogant and I almost had to convince them to take my money, which they didn't. Every time I spoke to their rep it would be a different price structure, different minimum user requirements... in the end when we agreed on the terms they just switched on me and I just ended up not even buying their service. Extremely poor experience
