PROS: Starting up a personal business brought more responsibilities than I expected-all of a sudden, I had to deal with tones of invoices, bills, job tickets, and scheduling, and I felt completely lost doing all of those by hand. MhelpDesk relieved me from stress and made my life so much easier! I'm no longer fighting against mountains of documents, and I'm never late finding the exact file I need at that moment. I am so, so thankful!

CONS: Without exaggerating, this program is awesome! There isn’t such thing I would criticize about it!

If Contact details are filled in when creating a new customer it auto creates a new records in Contact Tab . But it leaving the contact details blank , save the customer and then edit it. It does not create a new records in Contact tab of the customer.

PROS: This app proves to be worthwhile especially when demands are high. It makes our workflow smooth-running. All users are able to enter jobs simultaneously. Calendars are also visible to everyone involved in the process. This helps in preventing miscommunication among us users.

CONS: Maps can be improved in order to enable calculations of route distances and the integration of Excel spreadsheets.

PROS: It’s been extremely advantageous for us to have one platform to store our entire database. It’s taking some time to move our data but we’re happy with our pace. MHelpDesk is great with its customers and I would highly recommend their product.

CONS: We encountered some technical issues while using mHelpDesk. We no longer use the check-in highlight feature because it’s not working as well as we expected. Some of our representatives reported that they had problems connecting with the app. This results in errors in our timetables.

PROS: Job and time management is made easier with MHelpDesk. It allows for better tracking of jobs and more organized scheduling with its calendar feature.

CONS: The maps feature would be better suited for our job if we can measure route distances with it and upload excel spreadsheets. It would be nice if they can also make it more interactive in the future.

PROS: Tracking jobs and task assignment is easy with mHelpDesk. We get an overview of our jobs from its map feature. We maximize our use of this app by color-coding our jobs.

CONS: We encountered some technical issues with regard to viewing dates and jobs on the map. We would have a better experience if these issues will be resolved. Excel spreadsheet integration would also be beneficial for us.

PROS: This app has been useful for keeping the work hours of our employees in sync. Its maps and calendars features make setting appointments easier for us. MHelpDesk enables us to collaborate with each other better.

CONS: We would like mHelpDesk better if the integration of Excel spreadsheets will be made possible. Additional capabilities may also be added to its maps feature in order to allow for measuring distance between workplaces.

PROS: I adore the easiness of entering data into this system, the same as the simplified navigation. Prior to discovering MHelpDesk, my techs would send their tickets to the managers, who spent hours entering each separately, and sent them to the accountants who had to transfer the data to QuickBooks. Painful, doesn't it sound so? The hassle is not far in the past, and time is no longer an issue. It is easy to do your job when you know where every of your files is.

CONS: So far, my experience has been nothing but wonderful. There is no problem I could think of.

PROS: It is the best field service manager money can buy, I'm telling you. Its user-friendly interface makes us all happy to have the product, and we’re investing significant efforts to implement every update as it comes. Overall, it made our job much more efficient.

CONS: From this perspective, there is nothing dislikable about Mhelpdesk, or at least nothing they wouldn't change for you. For instance, I minded the comma in the prices at the beginning, but they were kind enough to fix it immediately. I guess responsive customer support is a bonus when using this product.
