PROS: I like how this product simplifies our workflow and it allows us to manage workloads, to create custom boards, to set up events, to communicate with each others. I like that it allows me to manage and update everything from one dashboard and I like the ability to create complex boards for specific tasks. PROS: Easy for a non-technical person to use, but it was overly simplistic for our needs.

CONS: No recurring tasks, no dependencies, no subtasks, no Gantt chart. Charge for client viewer same as a seat license.

PROS: Its UI is well-designed, simple and intuitive. The system is easy to understand and it’s straightforward but this doesn’t mean that you cannot streamline complex tasks. You can keep track of each project and everyone’s task and progress.

CONS: It takes some time in order to understand how it works. They could make the option of creating subtasks more simpler. Additionally, it would be great if I cna use it for personal purposes.

PROS: It allows me to use a project visualization tool, it works great. In addition, there’s great drag-and-drop feature, the system is easy to use and straightforward. I can share schedules and tasks with others, I can set up priorities and add notes.

PROS: The software is very user-friendly. Setup was quick and painless that we were able ti get it running after a few minutes. The drag and drop interface is also a breeze. daPulse offers high quality choices for design colors plus excellent options for sharing, permissions, and organization of boards.

CONS: While the user interface is no doubt visually appealing, it is cluttered with too many buttons, dropdowns, and gears. The Android app was a heavy battery consumer that I ended uninstalling it.

PROS: The software presents a very balancedd interface in terms of design. On top of its simple design and organized color scheme, you get features that makes organizing complicated tasks easy.

CONS: There is a bit of a learning curve but that is totally understandable. I would like to be able to create sub tasks with it like I can with Asana.

PROS: I like how simple it is to get running the functional state. Also, the drag&drop UI is amazing. The graphic design choices are with high quality, and there are great options for sharing, permissions and sorting of boards. This is greta for streamlining projects and planning strategies for future projects.

CONS: The UI is cluttered, it has lot of buttons, dropdowns and some of them are duplicated. I’d like to use various columns and category lists in various groups on the same board. Also, they could improve the mobile app on the Android.

PROS: I like Dapulse’s interface, comparing to other similar products this one has friendly and organized UX that can be used by almost everyone. Our sales and operations team are using to keep track of sales performances. We can easily assign tasks to organization members and keep track of their progress. We can attach emails and files so we can keep everyone well informed.

CONS: I think that small organizations would not find monthly subscription cost valuable.

PROS: Every team within our organization want to manage things differently, thankfully Dapulse offers great flexibility to do so. The design is simple and beautiful one. With trafic light system we can gather visual snapshot of any team members productivityand it is a perfect solution for understanding account manager capacity.

CONS: It has some glitches, and it would be great if the micro task boards could be linked to the high level boards.

PROS: We used Asana and this tool complicated our processes, but thankfully we have found Monday.com that simplifies our workflow. The UI is simple and intuitive and it fits perfectly into our workflow. I like that it divides projects ona board into weeks and delivered projects which means that you can organize your projects and set priorities. In addition, you can add notes and attach files or add details into individual projects. Also, there is great integration with Calendar so we can set up dates.

CONS: The cheapest plan begins with $25 a month with only 5 users for annual payment. I couldn’t easy add other milestone dates.

PROS: I like how this product makes everything simple, it offers great set of tools and features so you can easily streamline your workflow. The UI is amazing, the graphic design is with high quality, and there are great options for sharing, sorting and seeting permissions of boards.

CONS: The UI is great but on the other side it feels overwhelming because it has lots of options and buttons. The mobile app for Android needs some improvements.

PROS: I like its UI because it has great balance when it comes to design terms. It feels simple but the good thing is that you can streamline complex tasks. I’d like to create a tag for every colot and see it in some place.

CONS: At the beginning it might take some time so you can better understand how it really works. I wish creating subtasks were simple process. In addition, I’d like to use it even for personal purposes apart from the company account.

PROS: What I like most about this tool is the ability to manage and streamline own projects and to interact with my team at the same time. You can customize tabs and organize your content calendar, create lists and assign projects to your team members.

CONS: The layouts didn’t work well for me. The process of transfering lots of infomration is quite complicated.

PROS: The UI has great design and it is well-thought. Thanks to this product I can set priorities and status of each project and even assign projects to others. There are great features for managing your team and to interact with each others. Through this system you can keep track of everyone’s progress and set deadlines.

CONS: It would be great if they could add deadline notifications, it needs more colors and ability to add list to projects. Also, I’d like to integrate every changed scheduled time off and to see what project it will impact.

PROS: With the layout I can manage my own projects at the same time to collaborate with my team. I like the customization of the tabs and I like that it allows me to organize my content calendar, ongoing team projects and create lists so I can share with my directors.

CONS: I had some issues with importing data and its layouts didn’t work well for me. I use one of the boards to transfer huge amount of information and the process is quite complicated.

PROS: I like how simple and flexible this product ius. It is easy to understand and everyone in my team started to use it the very next day, they adapt to new challenges without spending lots of time in figuring out how this system works. We really needed tool that was simple to understand and that’s why we choose Monday.com.

CONS: The truth is that there are lots of templates available but we couldn’t find the right one for our company. In addition, it would be great if they could improve the dashboard.

PROS: As perfectionist I like to have clear picture of who’s doing what, status of the process and everyone’s progress around the process.We have to manage multiple teams with various client projects at once. Monday.com simplifies the processes and it can be learn by everyone. We can easily add new projects and project tasks and through chat feature we can interact with each other at any time.

CONS: It would be great if they could simplify the option of adding more nuanced sub-project tasks and I’d like to see an option where I can easily print out the overview and send it as status update.

PROS: This is user-friendly and well-organized system that can be used by everyone. Our sales team can keep track of sales performances, others can assign taks to other members and keep track of every project’ progress. We can attach mails and files and keep everyone updated, we can interact with each others, set dates and schedules.

CONS: The price is not flexible and it can be problem for small organizations.

PROS: daPulse's interface is on par with popular programs such as Asana and Microsoft PM. The softwae also offers a very simple and organized user experience that enables even novices to use the system right from the get go. Assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their work is a very effortless process.

CONS: It can be quite expensive compared to Asana, even if they have features not found in other competitors.

PROS: It offers lot of due-dates, the UX has great design. I like that I can easily emphasize priority and status of a project and I’m able to assign projects to on or multiple people. Dapulse offers great features so I can be more organize and get my work well organized.

CONS: There are no deadlimne notifications, it needs more colors and adding list to projects. In a month we can have 5 campaigns and we get smal requests for specific campaigns. I’d like to see an options where I can integrate every changed scheduled time off and to see what projects it will impact.

PROS: Monday.com is flexible solution and it is great tool for everyone because it allows everyone to manage their tasks the way that is most suitable for them. The design is simple and nice-looking. There is great traffic light system that allows us to gather visual snapshot of every team member’s productivity and we can easily understand account manager capacity.

CONS: I’d like to link micro task boards to the high level boards.

PROS: "Pretty" high level view of your tasks. There really aren't any further, "best aspects" to the product. They provided many empty promises that I later found they never will implement.

CONS: It's a single level, high level view with no "meat" beyond that. No dependencies, no true links between tasks, etc.

PROS: Easy for a non-technical person to use, but it was overly simplistic for our needs.

CONS: No recurring tasks, no dependencies, no subtasks, no Gantt chart. Charge for client viewer same as a seat license.
