Problem #1: Complex sales pipeline involving multiple tasks and apps

Solution: Complete sales process from inside your inbox. John is a real estate agent and most of his leads arrive via emails or a site contact form. PROS: This CRM is already built-in Gmail and it took a few seconds to synchronize my Gmail with it. The onboarding period was quick and simple. Now I have all my clients' data featured in front of every email. I like its customized dashboards, pipelines, scheduled follow-ups, and bulk mailouts.

CONS: I'd say that automation could probably be on a higher level, but I know that NetHunt team already works on this.

PROS: Great interface, quick and hassle-free onboarding, mass email campaigns and their friendly team! Now we can track sales and performance per employee. The pipelines, detailed customer profiles, fields and tags helped us organize our client's database (never happened since 2015). NetHunt is more than a CRM. It's a productivity tool where we track leads, performance and sales. CRM stores our negotiations and contracts. And the information that we need is always displayed in front of the inbox, this is very convenient.

PROS: - Integration with Google Apps - Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Hangouts etc - Ability to send mass email campaigns - Customisation of the system - Task system and follow-ups setup - Good visualisation of pipelines - Affordable price

CONS: We lack the integration with social media. It's now possible to implement via Zapier but we would be happy if NetHunt could create records from social media profiles.

PROS: To me, it’s literally the best cross-department collaboration tool. Not a single lead is ever lost or forgotten - I can instantly label and assign all incoming leads to sales managers, seeing where did he come from and lead progress along the pipeline. Probably, it’s best part is the ease of use and smooth integration, cross-department collaboration , and accessibility.

CONS: It was hard for me to set up proper pipelines, but our manager Anastasia helped me a lot - it took us about 20 minutes.

PROS: I enjoy using NetHunt CRM because it's seamlessly integrated into Gmail and provides visual pipelines, sales funnels, and stats within Gmail interface. All incoming emails are linked to the existing deals and client records automatically and the full customer records are visible to everybody in the team. You can see exactly how many deals are closed daily, weekly and monthly and schedule bulk emails and reminders. The best part is their support team - my personal manager Anastacia walked me through the setup process and is ready to help whenever I ask.

CONS: I can't make calls from the CRM. Also, there's no onboarding after you've downloaded NetHunt. The interface is intuitive, but for someone who never used any CRM before it may be a bit frustrating.
