PROS: As we start moving to a completely different system, I'm beginning to understand the convenience of running just about everything in a single system. This includes reporting, support, retainment, sales, and fulfillment. We can customize our system well so our needs are met. Saved searches contain lots of worthwhile functionality that lets you create certain reports and sharing them through different means.

CONS: Two yet completely different reporting methods are available: reports and saved searches. Each has their own set of advantages, capabilities, and data accessibility. I'd often see myself fiddling with building reports via both options just to find out which process would let me gather data in the required format. I'd like it if they combine both to form some kind of an ultra report builder. When both are put together, they would make a really great reporting system.

PROS: The products is great to begin with. Plenty of options while having the ability to make customizations. We're consolidating a couple CRM systems into NetSuite. They've collaborated with us in order to help meet our requirments through the product. We were able to include records dating back 20 years in NetSuite smoothly.

CONS: Certain items that we were told to be customizable or things we may be able to do, have yet to be panned out. They're trying to resolve these issues with the development team. So that's one positive thing about the product.

PROS: Links moving from record to another. Enter info for a wide range of records is easy. It has plenty of powerful offerings. Numerous options for relationship dependencies.

CONS: When it comes to looking into records, there's no other way to in seeking a zip distance. If the info isn't correctly entered from a merge/previous individual, it's hard to find someone.

PROS: After giving other POS, ECM and CRM software a go, I'm starting to miss NetSuite's all-in-one functionality. That's what so good about this system. It makes things a little easier for you. Rather bolting for a third party software and getting it work, NetSuite has everything in one package.

CONS: I have no clue about the pricing details. But I've heard it's quite expensive. The other downside it has is that while it's a good thing to gain remote access online, it does run into issues from time to time. By then, we'd already be sitting ducks. We've made use of their live-to-web functionality. And that was a bad thing to do as it caused our site to run super slow for our customers.

PROS: NetSuite has the capacity to enable any kind of business. It does the same for employees within each organization. It served an easy approach when it comes to managing and gather info. It does so by making room for endless dashboard possibilities.

CONS: I just want to say this bluntly: there's nothing that I hate with NetSuite. Their Gold support was fantastic. There's always an approachable and helpful person at the other end of the line. There are a few bugs that my company experienced. Someone even told me other organizations have experienced them too. But those are just small speed bumps during some working periods.

PROS: Pricing is what's best with this platform since a majority of users are utilizing NetSuite CRM for their ERP module in one system. Due to this, you're required to only pay once for the system. Negotiating things the right way will help you land a reasonable price. In addition, the savings cost per on-prem solution is big since expenses involved in people, admins, and developers aren't thought out well. At day's end, NetSuite can be a strong or weak as to what's being implented.

CONS: If you lack a clear direction of your organization's goals, admin support, and developer level, it'll fall flat. You have to be knowledgeable on what you intend to get done. You also need somebody from the staff to predict whether it's at all possible. Sadly, NetSuite won't guide you on which practice is best as the system on its own is way too flexible for a recommended SOP in terms of daily usage. This can lead to confusion or pushing back end users who end up getting frustrated with the system as it evolves with the organization it was meant to offer support for.

PROS: NetSuite offered our organization numerous gains in terms of productivity. Its capacity is huge for businesses that are growing. We've been on this system for the past few years. The cloud-based feature is cost saving and dependable. The software is highly logical. Its raw capability for almost any activity related to business is present (if you're up to investing in the modules).

CONS: Since NetSuite functions sequentially, it can be difficult to bring home-based processes and get them to fit in NetSuite. Its role setup can be a pain, although its global permissions have been helpful. Advanced projects can be tedious and isn't recommended for project management. I get complaints of it not looking graphical enough as it's appears to be more of an accounting program. NetSuite's New Task and Log Task buttons are confusing to use.

PROS: Netsuite is one flexible product when it comes to cutomization. In a techincal perspective, it has the ability to build and map fields. It also use them to integrate with third party software services. This made everything esier for me. In terms of use, it's very intuitive and doesn't entail you to spend too much clicking just to make it through.

CONS: I had a bit of an issue managing a contract. The order process was typically smooth. But once the contract comes in, the flow suddenly suffered from hiccups.

PROS: NetSuite is an incredible CRM software . It's a good thing to have customer rercords, licenses, financial data, and campaign data in a single tool. It's capable of reporting all of them together. NetSuite is robust when it comes to reporting. It has the capacity to combine and match record tables to gain a complete perspective of business what's working and what isn't.

CONS: Its UI isn't as attractive compared to its competitors. The same goes for speed. In addition, getting too muxh data in a single place makes it hard for power users. It's difficult for them to jump right in and begin using the tool.

PROS: NetSuite CRM contains a number of pre-installed features. It's capable of handing just about any business model. It can do extensive tracking regardless if it's a message, event, or a call. It's really flexible if it so happens you want something of your preference. NetSuite CRM can be customized in a number of ways.

CONS: Its UI appears to be unintuitive initially. It'll take a bit of time to get used to everything. That begins the screen flow and working around the interface.
