What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that NetSuite is highly responsive product, reliable and up-time, it offers great features and functions. It has fast and efficient connectivity and huge community of users, developers and partners. I like its automation tools and scalable UI. I personally like the Account manager because I constantly get updates and workarounds. I’m able to share experince and knowledge about finctionality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some things that I might dislike about NetSuite, for e.g. you can reach their support service through email but you cannot reach them through call because on-hold queue support is more than 20min.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With NetSuite we managed to improve efficiency and automation, it is 100% cloud based and we don’t have to wprry about security issues and hosting. We have unlimited potential to automate processes.
