What are the best aspects of this product?
The good thing about Netsuite is that you can do pretty much anything with it, you have unlimited amounts of custom fields and custom records and reports. It offers great integration between ERP and CRM which is important to business. I like that we can see and interact with customer sub ledger on same CRM page, and we are able to track the budget and cost of support cases.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my experience scripting can be complicated. Also, the workflow manager is easy to use but you can face some odd limitations that requires you to use SuiteScript. They could add integration with Office 365.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have all business data into one place and we managed to streamline the process, we increased productivity and we are able to track our staff’ productivity. Our senior management can keep track of capital projects, they can see status and cost of different projects.
