PROS: I like how simple Nexonia can be. Being an employees, it's now easier in tracking my expenses and handing them over for review. I'm a big fan of its iOS mobile app. While on the train ride home, I was able to send all expenses easily by snapping my receipts through my iPhone. This app made things simpler for doing things on the go. Not only has it made things easier in submitting expenses, but it gives you a record in estimating funds that could be remain within the expense category.

CONS: There's nothing bad to say with this program. I may mention something about making calculations of sales tax in handing over expenses for items possessing discount credits/codes, which are a bit hard to report on.

CONS: Came with zero 2FA support. However, the development team is responsive. They're in the middle of working on this problem.

PROS: Our organization contains a set of highly unique reporting requirements. The implementation team from Nexonia was awesome when making customizations to our system for our needs to be met. The team was diligent in meeting our implementation timeline. This was done despite credit card problems and moving from our sandbox emvironment all the way to our production account. I appreciate the fact that they were responsive throughout the implementation process.

CONS: During the process of implementation, we collaborated with several people. This made it a little difficult to understand which person is doing what and who should be talking to who. It's critical not to have these occurrances during certain implementation stages. They resolved this. They responded quickly whenever we faced concerns or inquiries.

PROS: I like the fact that support are constantly involved in the setup process. They've gone above and beyond through their efficiency and swift response time. The team is open to ideas and suggestions in improving functionality. Some suggestions were already considered and improved in the short time we spent with a client.

CONS: There's really nothing to hate with their service. Although there are certain tweaks that I'd want to bring in. Right now, I'm very confident Nexonia is doing the best they can in improving according to customer recommendations/requests.

PROS: As great as Nexonia can be, what I like most with it is their staff. They're constantly making it a point in showcasing how thrilled they are in helping you out. Furthermore, they're constantly making system upgrades. So it won't take long to have a certain functionality to be included within the system. They also do a great job listening to whatever it is that you have to say.

CONS: If I had to choose something that I didn't favor, I'd say the gaps seen in its features. Thankfully, they're only a temporary thing. Nexonia continues to update their system quickly. Aside from that, there's nothing else to hate.

PROS: Intacct Time and Expense module integration eradicates effort done manually and input errors from receipts and paper-based forms. Expense policy violations or expense limit reached are being flagged. Receipt image can be directly attached to the recorded transction within Intacct. Taking a snap of receipts and directly uploading it to your account for expense item submission. Tracking mileage through GPS.

CONS: Just one small negative. Whenever an expense item is sent to a number of departments, a single department manager is left to make the approval. Dividing expenses to numerous departments won't happen frequently. Although the approver will tend to get confused when the times journey to a single department instead of charged departments.

PROS: I like taking photographs of receipts right them and there. Then throwing them away rjgbt after. Everything is paperless! Business expenses are now housed on my American Express Card. I can simply download the card activity from my recent expense report straight into my Nexonia app.

CONS: The way some of its buttons are placed isn't consistent from one screen to the next. Sometimes, you'll need to scroll or pause so you can spot things that need to be closed or those that require submission. The buttons for navigation won't freeze whenever you're scrolling. Whenever you're scrolling down, you end up losing them. Then resort to going back to the top again to scroll.

PROS: I work as a CPA. I've been making use of Nexona for a few years now. This solution is simply the best. We were able to deploy this solution for our firm. 80 of our employees are currently using the system.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate. It's the closest thing to perfection that we've seen in a solution.
