PROS: The best thing about Omnisend is its affordability. It is great for small businesses as it doesn't cost much and has no hidden fees. It also has a very accomodating customer support.

CONS: There are only a few templates to choose from if you are not on premium. It is also quite difficult to customize the design.

PROS: The automation feature is very useful as I don't have to manually send emails to every customer anymore. It also provides good reports for analytics, especially in terms of the number of clicks from known and anonymous customers. And the best part is it integrates well with Shopify.

CONS: I don't have many complaints except having a much more affordable plan that could allow us to send 500 or more emails.

PROS: It was able to generate more sales for our company because of its all-in-one features. We can create personalized emails and send it to targetted clients. Its segmentation tool made it easier for us to focus on what each individual segment need, giving us more revenue in return. It also works well with Shopify so that's a great plus as our e-commerce shop is in Shopify.

CONS: I hope I can edit the format on the mobile, as well. Currently, it doesn't have this option so it can cause some errors in mobiles. I also have complaints that some of the emails sent using Omnisend go to the junk mail of my clients. As a result, they were not able to see my emails readily.

PROS: It is the best of the best. Omnisend has a great interface that you can easily navigate. Just from taking a look at it, I already know what to do and where to click. I can also easily set-up my campaigns and online content in a jiffy. It also works with Shopify, so that's a great plus! Top it off with a great support team that is very accomodating and knowledgeable. It has everything I need from email marketing to SMS marketing. I'm just in love with everything Omnisend has to offer.

CONS: Right now, I can say that I can't find anything disappointing about Omnisend. I've been using it for a couple of months now and I still haven't found anything. It is that amazing!

PROS: It is relatively easy to customize the templates. I have no problem getting the design I want for my emails. I also love the analytics it provides. I can easily track and see what my clients want. It shows the number of clicks and what works for them. I also am very pleased with its easy integration with Shopify as I set up my business there. I can truly say that this is the best email service provider I've found. I've tried using others and no one can defeat Omnisend from the benefits it provides to its affordability. I will continue using this for the duration of my business.

CONS: I really can't think of any downside in using Omnisend. It has been absolutely lovely. No complaints needed.

PROS: It follows a detailed workflow so managing abandoned carts do not cause us any problem. I also love how the reports are so detailed and easy to understand. And a great plus is their superb customer service

CONS: I have nothing much to dislike about this application except for the relatively high price for push notifications. If it was a bit lower, we would have loved to utilize it in our company. Other than that, I am finding every feature useful and great for our business.

PROS: The price is very reasonable for the features it offers. It is the cheapest of all the alternatives I've tried. It also makes automation easy. Even if I have no prior knowledge in creating one, I was able to create one without much hassle.

CONS: I wanted to make this the CRM for the whole team. Unfortunately, it doesn't have that option.

PROS: The best thing about Omnisend is its affordability. It is great for small businesses as it doesn't cost much and has no hidden fees. It also has a very accomodating customer support.

CONS: There are only a few templates to choose from if you are not on premium. It is also quite difficult to customize the design.
