What are the best aspects of this product?

Presence that customers, Prospects and internal employees can see so that we don't have many missed calls or voicemails any longer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not had any issues with my new phone system

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to run reports on how often my team is on break, in wrap up etc.

More contact with customers, less voicemails, multiple ways for customers to communicate with the company not just through phone calls.
