PROS: For us, Paymo was a revolution! We used to make Excel sheets for each client's work, and it took us plenty of logging time. Manual work is now part of our past, since time is automatically tracked for each client. Time sheets and invoices are simple,which is exactly what our users always expected. It's easier to pay a bill you understand isn't it?

CONS: Frankly, almost nothing. And I say 'almost' just because I wish someone created something lik this for our company in particular! Let's say that we would like direct support for our selling methods (pre-paid support, or developing hours), but the software is awesome even without it.

By this I mean that you should take the time to properly set up each of the projects that you input on its database. This is not the solution for people who would rather dive headfirst on a task rather than breaking down its information on a software.

CONS: Retrieving previous exchanges is almost impossible with Paymo. You’d have to dig through the history and doing so is no guarantee that you will find the discussion you are looking for.

PROS: I find this software very easy to use, and it has a simple and friendly interface. It took me a while to find it, and I wouldn't change it for nothing.

CONS: I mind that GANTT planning of activities is not included, but I'm sure they are working on it.

PROS: I launched my Web Design and Development business 2 years ago, and managing projects and clients at the time was a real nightmare. PayMo helped me resume the time I lost dealing with those, and it streamlined my working process. My life is much easier since I found it, I am so thankful to the developers!

CONS: Their invoice module is a bit costly, and I think they should make it free for freelancers.

PROS: This is easy to use solution that helps you keep services, it is user friendly and you can use its mobile app. There are options for customization so you can easily customize the reports. You can add notes to the tasks, you can use it for time keeping. It allows you to easily move all your employees to the program.

CONS: I’d like to see app for smartphones, now we have to bookmark the web address to our mobile device directly but it would be much helpful if they could implement an app.

PROS: Paymo really delivers on its promise to help you manage your projects. I try to maximize its features and so far, I really appreciate how thorough it is when it comes to organizing my database. Teamwork has really improved too, owing to its capacity for sending voice messages.

CONS: It really needs to work on the updates that it provides its users during (and not just after) a certain project. Personally, I don’t find it very reliable in terms of giving me insight on my expenditure. It’s quite lacking in this department.

PROS: This software does the job, it is great tool to perform multiple tasks at the same level like project management, time tracking, estimating and invoicing. With this app I can easily perform all of these tasks and show professional and customizable docs to all my clients. I like that the tracked time can be converted into an invoice so you can send it to a client via email. There is an option to synch the invoice to a PayPal account so the client can pay the bill onlPine. I like that the invoice has built-in status so you can easily track client activity on the invoice.

CONS: There are some limitations for free version, I look forward to upgrade it to a paid plan.

PROS: There are great things you can do with Paymo, but first of all, I like its price and support. Its customer service is one of the best, they are always friendly and responsive. Its development team constantly releases new updates so they can improve the experience. After each update they offer small tutorial so you can better understand its new features.

CONS: It would be great if they could allow me to re-organize the dashboard and/or to remove some elements from it that don’t serve my needs.

PROS: Paymo has great desktop widget: Paymo Timer and Paymo Plus, I’m using them on my Mac, they are great. It allows me to keep track of everything I do with my computer and it is great tool that helps you to organize every task by using drag-and-drop feature for every different project. When it comes to price, the subscription plans are affordable.

CONS: I’m using Paymo for 2 months by now and I cannot really say that there is something to dislike.

PROS: It's pitch-perfect for freelancers! My company is small, which doesn't mean we don't have tons of timesheets and payments to deal with! We run projects just fine, and customers seem to appreciate the progress and the ease of dealing with their payments.

CONS: I think the interface is a bit clunky, I would improve many of the project management features.

PROS: As a freelancer, tracking time and tasks for customers is very important. I tried other tools and they were full with bugs or their customer service wasn’t responsive at all, so I kept searching for a tool that would meet my needs. Paymo is clear and straightforward tool that allows you to track time and there are no delays when it comes to tracking tasks or when managing tasks. I like that this time-tracking software is fast and it provides simple workflow, there is no need for lot of features and to spend lot of time while working with this tool.

CONS: I haven’t found reoccurring tasks.

PROS: We use Paymo at our office, and I like that it allows us to track our invoices and billing from one place. This is one of the best tool we have ever used in our company. We look forward to present this tool to other teams and staff. It doesn’t require much time for entering the information. The support tea is great, they are helpful and quick to solve any kind of issues.

CONS: Some of our employees cannot learn how to use this software. Also, there is no way to customize the dashboard according to our needs. Additionally, it costs more if you want to add users to the program instead of setting amount. It would be great if they could create a space within the app where we can interact with other members so we can know about their progress and performance about specific task.

PROS: I love the fact that it allows me to track numerous projects and clients. It has well-designed and organized interface that allows you to focus on your work. If you have limited budget for administration and accounting for your business then this tool offers what you need. It is a great tool for tracking total hours annually. Its support team is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.

CONS: It would be great if they could raise the minimum of the free projects to 5.

PROS: This desktop app tracks time entries and it allows me to filter and allocate the results. Also, I like the invoicing and CRM pieces of the online website. It is amazing tool. I used Chrometa before trying this one but I have to say that I’m much more pleased with this tool. The UI is well organized and it works fast, and I don’t need to spend lot of time for searching functions. Its support team is responsive and quick, they are always willing to help and to guide me whenever I feel lost.

CONS: It would be great if they could include extra level of reporting, I’d like to impress my clients with the amount of work I’m doing by including lists and charts so I can show them the work I’ve accomplished. The invoices are basic and they work fine.

PROS: I have tried other platforms like planbox, producteev and others, but Paymo does the job! It offers great set of features, it is more affordable than other platforms and it provides great customer service. The app is intuitive, quick, it offers time tracking per task and unattended time tracking within desktop app. I like that they are always open to new ideas and suggestions. In my experience, this is one of the best tool for project management.

CONS: I’d like to see what other members are currently work on. Also, they could improve the activity stream and notification system.
