What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to set up content in platform, link to other resources, import SCORM packages. Can include multiple discussions within single course. I like the ease of creating sub-portals for clients and the ability to integrate different Zoom web conference licenses to the different portals seamlessly. Support is really good, 24 hour or less response, feedback often includes detailed step action and/or videos of the process to follow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The branding process is confusing and somewhat limited. The knowledge base is good but could use additional steps, the support team does answer questions but some of the responses don't seem to make their way into the KB.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Series of how-to video's in the KB. Some targeted webinars for entry level users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was looking for a low cost platform that could support varying participant sized groups in a blended format and this has met my expectations, 2 years as a client of theirs and very pleased.
