What are the best aspects of this product?
To be completely honest, TribeHR is our third attempt to install decent HR software. Our requirements were modest (we wanted a tool that can deal with goal management and recruitment) but not even then had the previous programs manage to reach the threshold of our expectations. TribeHR did quite a job with newcomers, starting from the interview and finishing with smooth onboarding. We got periodical review on each employee's achievements, and posted online vacancies without any problem. There are also many features related to the calendar (deadlines, days off, vacancies), and such that tackled the integration with our company's site.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some bugs did caught me unawares, but nothing to jump out of the skin for. Besides, I was always updated on unusal behavior, and support really did their best to keep matters under control. What I do mind, however, is that such a comprehensive system doesn't hold to a friendlier interface. They could also do something about their goal managed, it seems too basic in some situations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Most of the time we use it to mange days-off. As I mentioned, there is a periodical review process, useful for tracking current and finding new employees. There are many things the system is good for, and it's far beyond average standards in any case.
