What are the best aspects of this product?
I really appreciate that it is not too complex as other collaboration tools get too carried away with all the details.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting funcion could be a little more detailed. As a team lead I would like to know on some kind of dashboard who is working on what and which tasks have been completed.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It is very simple but has been an issue for the passt months: I would really like to change the main admin, the one in charge of my account.
