PROS: The thing that I like about this tool is how streamlined and simple it is. It is very user-friendly and has made it easier for us not just to follow up with clients, but also to monitor interactions with businesses that could be our partners in the future. It's been a great help in achieving our goals.

CONS: One thing that I think they can add to future versions is giving managers the ability to monitor and come up with reporting that is built on successful attempts by users to reach out to particular contacts.

PROS: I love how easily and quickly this tool integrated with our existing IT infrastructure. It is also to distinguish different contact groups with this tool and has not caused any confusion among the team.

CONS: In future versions of this tool, I would like an auto-note option on an account's profile page. I think the current note function is pretty redundant and sometimes confusing.

PROS: I can't emphasis how simple and easy to use this system is. What I like the most about it is there isn't much difference from the experience on the browser and the experience using the mobile app version of this tool. That's something that I wish other companies thought more about.

PROS: The thing that I like the most about this tool is how easy it was to import my Gmail contacts. Setting it up was so quick and easy that it felt like it was up and running in no time. Exporting contacts to other connected suites was also easy to do.

CONS: The merging feature can use some improvement. I have several duplicate contacts and it would be great if a future version would have a better merge feature.

PROS: I have to say that this is better than Excel. Thanks to this tool, our team can have multiple users access and update data. All of the information can also be found in a single location, so it is so much easier to find it when needed.

CONS: I think the tool could work much more effectively if some pages didn't take too long to load. There are times when I can't see duplicates, as well as instances where data is ignored. I hope they improve on these things in future versions.

PROS: I found this tool to be user-friendly and I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve when trying to get the hang of it. While I do admit it that it's not as powerful as other CRM systems, those other CRM systems were just often too complicated to effectively use. I also appreciate how much I get with just one payment. It's affordable and comes with features that make the price worth it. For instance, I can contact customers using different emails such as billing@, support@, sales@, and all of that is already covered in the initial payment. I don't have to deal with new fees.

CONS: There are several things where this tool could improve. For one, I would appreciate the inclusion of a first letter search for companies. I also would like the ability to have another option besides alphabetical order. Give us the ability to arrange custom fields the way we want to. I think adding integrations to Tasks, Google Calendar, and the like would also be useful.

PROS: Not only is this tool user-friendly and straightforward, but I also think it is the best thing you can get for the amount you paid. This becomes even more obvious when you compare it to similar tools. Those are around the same price range and sometimes they offer fewer functions! I also appreciated how easy it is to integrate with third-party applications because that has just extended its uses for me.

CONS: The only complaint I have about it is how the process of importing can get a little cumbersome, especially when you're taking your information and merging fields from an entirely different platform. But other than that, this tool has been working out just well for me.

PROS: One thing I like about this tool is that brings a lot of functions together. All the members just need to look to it to find and monitor tasks, create notes, send emails, and share contacts. It is an empowering tool to use since we know everything that is happening with our contacts. The tool also helps us out when it comes to visualization of activities, and it also keeps the activities of our contacts, suppliers, and customers in one location. This tool has also been a great way to monitor our tasks since the notifications come instantly and we can immediately review them from the initial panel. It's also easy to inform other members about meetings since direct messages are easy to send and notes can be posted.

CONS: The biggest problem that I have with it is that it can be overwhelming at first because of the multiple options available. But other than that I have a nice experience using this tool.

PROS: We had a very talented vendor helping us out, so the process of exporting to this tool has been relatively smooth. I am amazed at how well this tool integrates with the rest of our software, and how smoothly things have progressed from there.

CONS: I want the process of merging contact to be more user-friendly and simple. It works out well when you're just working with two or three contacts, but it can get tedious when you're working with 10 or more. It's so time-consuming to have to do multiple rounds of merging when it is more than 10 contacts and I feel that time could have been better used doing something else. If they do something about this in future versions I would appreciate it.

PROS: Me and my team love using this software because it is so user-friendly, enabling us to easily share our contacts. Another way that its flexibility has helped us out as a team is it makes it easy for us to track offers and tasks. This software has even helped improve our relationship with our clients, making it feel more personal since the ability to add photographs and notes helps us to remember specific things about clients and make our interactions with them feel more friendly and organic.

CONS: The only problem I had was with merging contacts while using different software. Other than that, this has been working well for me and my team.
