What are the best aspects of this product?

Me and my team love using this software because it is so user-friendly, enabling us to easily share our contacts. Another way that its flexibility has helped us out as a team is it makes it easy for us to track offers and tasks. This software has even helped improve our relationship with our clients, making it feel more personal since the ability to add photographs and notes helps us to remember specific things about clients and make our interactions with them feel more friendly and organic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem I had was with merging contacts while using different software. Other than that, this has been working well for me and my team.
