I appreciate how this tool has empowered us and made it easier to monitor clients and customers whether they are existing ones or ones that we want to acquire in the future.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do have to admit that it can get a little overwhelming to deal with the number of suites provided, but I was helped out on this by their great customer support team.

This has helped us out with organizing and strengthening relationships by making sure no one from the contacts has been missed. Thanks to this tool, all clients were taken cared of.
