What are the best aspects of this product?
Not only is this tool user-friendly and straightforward, but I also think it is the best thing you can get for the amount you paid. This becomes even more obvious when you compare it to similar tools. Those are around the same price range and sometimes they offer fewer functions! I also appreciated how easy it is to integrate with third-party applications because that has just extended its uses for me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only complaint I have about it is how the process of importing can get a little cumbersome, especially when you're taking your information and merging fields from an entirely different platform. But other than that, this tool has been working out just well for me.
