Pulseway is a mobile monitoring and management solution that includes a system agent, a web-based interface, and a mobile app that enables you to monitor and manage your Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. What Problems Will Pulseway Solve?
Scenario 1
At dinner you receive an alert that one of your IIS servers is not responding to requests.
Pick up your mobile phone, open the Pulseway app, tap the system you wish to manage, select Terminal (cmd window), issue IISRESET, tap Send, and your IIS process stops and restarts restoring your service in under one minute. It doesn’t matter whether you’re on a WiFi connection or using your phone’s cellular network, responses from your systems are in real-time. If enabled, you can also manage your IIS servers graphically to start, stop, restart web sites and application pools.
Scenario 2
You and your spouse decide to go window-shopping, when you remember that you forgot to apply a security update to one of your Windows systems.
You open your Pulseway app, select the forgotten system, scroll down to and select Windows Updates, tap Check for Updates, confirm the check, continue looking at clothes while your system performs the check, after a few minutes you apply the updates and return focus to your shopping experience. Even if your phone locks, the app is still open and everything works in the background for you. You don’t have to wait for a lengthy process to finish before putting your phone back into your pocket. Unlock your phone and check progress as opportunity permits.
Scenario 3
You receive a call just as you’re leaving for the day from a junior system administrator who needs your assistance with unzipping and untarring a piece of software downloaded from a vendor.
While waiting for your subway to arrive, you open the Pulseway app, tap the Linux system he called you about, open the Terminal, issue the correct tar command to unzip and untar the software package, and text your coworker to tell him that the task is complete. PROS: Its compatibility with all mobile devices makes it reliable and available for your needs. You can install and set it up with ease and without coming across any major issues. Its monitoring and notification functions make it convenient for you to keep track of your hardware and know when something is wrong. It keeps everything on the move while you can know issues as they happen and find a solution on time.
CONS: The product does not have much to dislike about. However, the fact that its dashboard is windows only makes it difficult for mac users. It can be frustrating when you want to use the dashboard and you have a mac device.
The least favorable review

The notifications come with alert levels to help you decide on the urgency of the issue. For example, if you are not in the office and the issue is not as urgent, you can wait until you get to the office to have it fixed. It allows for customization and monitoring of your hardware. You can also check the disk storage and what is left and the temperature level.
CONS: The payment criterion did not make sense. I have to pay for multiple computers even for those using the same server. It only makes sense when you are using different servers but for workstation or home computers, it should be free up to a certain number of computers after paying for a single computer.

PROS: Pulseway has a rich suite of up-to-date management tools that are accessible at a price lower than the market average. It is highly convenient for us that we get to access its functionalities using any device, either on-premise or via the cloud.
CONS: I think it needs more scaled-up iterations to be on a par with Windows, the industry benchmark.

PROS: Priced competitively, Pulseway can provide a user-friendly management system that boasts an expanding set of features that are critical to business needs -- from real-time monitoring and having access to the platform in any device to have a centralized management solution.
CONS: The scripts it offers is less compared to others we've used before. Compatible antivirus programs are limited while the Kaspersky security program is quite outdated.

PROS: It is mobile enabled, which means you have control at your disposal on the go. It has a real-time monitoring feature that allows you to monitor issues in both your hardware and software. This helps to deliver quality services to customer as you can have the problem fixed before your clients can call for support.
CONS: There is a lot to desire about Pulseway. However, they need to improve on the language part of it. They need to develop the product in multiple languages as there are some people who would want to use it but they do not understand the English language.
