What are the best aspects of this product?

Let me just preface this all by saying I'm a complete noob to website hosting. I decided I wanted to build My first ever site on WordPress, and somewhere along the way in all of my research, I came across ARZ Host. After comparing prices and features with several other hosts (including BlueHost, CloudAccess, HostGator, and others), I opted for ARZ. I was a little hesitant only because it's based in Europe and I'm in the US. I had some concern that time differences might be a challenge. I've had to contact support for only one small question on my part, and I got an answer right away, so any concern there is taken care of. Everything is super easy to set up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints and am 100% happy with my decision to choose ARZ hosting
