What are the best aspects of this product?
Great support 99% of the time - but sometimes some Tech are newbies and do not speak your language :P
I had some trouble with uptime - but now it is resolved.
Pricing is fair.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Huge server response time sometimes on the US & US servers on peak hours (up to 13 secs)
