What are the best aspects of this product?

It was very easy to setup hosting with arzhost, my domain is not with them but i have already paid to switch my domain provider to arzhost, one issue I had was quickly fixed by their customer support whom answered in 2 minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

nothing problematic about them
