What are the best aspects of this product?

These guys are awesome! I had purchased my shared hosting plan but have missed that I can add one domain for free. After I set up my plan I wrote the support if it is possible to receive it now and they told me no worries and added the domain for me! I see that they are reliable and you can trust them with your website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
