User Friendly and Good Customer Support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I moved my blog from blogger to ARZ Host and since then its been an amazing experience. ARZ host is user friendly especially for new web designer like me. The customer support and price is super good. The best part I like they are accepting payments in BTC as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
