What are the best aspects of this product?

After spending time with lesser known hosting companies, I grew very tired of their poor customer service. When you need help, which isn't very often, the last thing you want is to be waiting days for a response. Even if other companies are cheap. They are usually cheap for a reason, that reason being they have no trained staff on the payroll to help you.
ARZHOST have always been friendly from the start. Any queries of lack of understanding they are more than willing to be patient with you, and go beyond the call of duty to help you. If things stay this way and if the prices remain affordable I wont be leaving. I'm fully satisfied with ARZ!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
