VPS and support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I just bought VPS on ARZ Host, and I had a problem with connection via ssh, (the problem was my PC, not their server), so I sent a message to their support chat, and I got a reply in.. one minute? Definitely one of the best supports I've ever seen! I already had a few VPS in other companies, but the support in ARZ Host was extreme fast, good, and I just can't say anything bad, just amazing!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
