What are the best aspects of this product?
After dealing with a server downgrade and a security breach, I was tasked to harden my VPS server as best as I could on my own to try and prevent further attacks. This had the negative side effect of locking Asphostportal's techs out of my server completely. After much back and forth, many failed attempts by techs and admins to solve this puzzle, and much frustration on my end, Mr Joel (one of their seniro support) took up the challenge to solve what others couldn't, so I could still keep my heightened security measures while allowing them secure access as well. In less than an hour he was able to gain secure access, generate new secure keys, and within the next hour he was able to devise a method to access the server and ensure the monitoring servers also had access. He was fast and provided periodic updates on his progress. This is a much welcomed relief as I prepare to launch a major project and I thank Mr Joel for his hard work and dedication to solving what others could not. I believe I'm not one of Asphostportal big clients', though I have been a long-time customer, and it was a welcomed relief to have someone with the necessary skills quickly solve this problem. It's what I've come to expect from this company and why I've been a customer for over 6 years.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No... No.... No problem at all. They are GREAT!
