What are the best aspects of this product?

First, I love their server speed, my site load 3 times faster than my previous provider.

Second, the process is of setting up Asphostportal was at first a bit daunting for someone who had only used normal web hosting before where everything is done for you. But the guides and the help through support got me up and running in no time.

I have now three sites working through Asphostportal - a seasoned pro! I'm a big fan. Very happy!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a lot of guides. You just need to search to sort out the odd issue and if you still unable to solve the issue, you can just contact their support team who were brilliant.
