Great service

What are the best aspects of this product?

I must admit that I've been very pleased with their service thus far. Right away, a real person who is an Account Manager executive is assigned to you. Moreover, what I appreciate about working with them so far is:

1. They have robust dashboard that gives me a lot of flexibility in managing my website
2. I opened ticket with their support desk and response time was really quick.
3. My website is working quickly, responsive, and very stable.
4. Affordable services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only 1 feedback to them, it will be great if they can combine their support desk with domain/ssl registration panel. But, it is minor thing, not a big deal.
