Great value, excellent support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been with Asphostportal for a number of years. I'm retired, but I create websites for friends and put their sites on Asphostportal as well. Besides being a great value, their customer service is available 24/7. Today I needed to use their support about transferring a website and the support Harry was exceptional friendly and helpful. Never see my site going down.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have never had a problem with them.
