What are the best aspects of this product?
I cannot rave enough about their support. Almost everyone on their team is knowledgeable and helpful. Their hold times are incredibly short. I've rarely had to wait more than a minute and most of the time they pick up the ticket immediately. I've even had members of their support team take the time to show me what they are doing with a shared shell screen or walk me through what they are doing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Every once in a while I find an issue that's specialized enough that they cannot help me, but they can't specialize in everything. They are so good overall, that I can't even call this a complaint.
